Step 1 · Where Precision Begins

Pre-Press

Every project starts here, prepared with precision before a single sheet is printed.

Where Precision Begins

Every project passes through our critical pre-press stage, where it is carefully prepared for high-quality printing. Using advanced systems like the Heidelberg Prinect workflow and professional pre-flight software, our specialists check fonts, images, layouts, colour accuracy, and resolution to ensure everything is print-ready.

Proofing & Approval

We believe in complete client satisfaction: no sign-off, no printing. Your job is produced as a folded dummy or digital proof for your review, and only after your final approval does it proceed to production.

Computer-to-Plate Technology

This is a vital stage of the printing process. Approved files are transferred directly onto aluminium plates using modern Computer-to-Plate (CTP) technology. This eliminates film, reduces errors, and ensures sharper image quality with faster turnaround times.

Each plate is precisely exposed and double-checked using a densitometer to guarantee accurate colour balance (CMYK). Plates are then baked to maintain consistent, high-quality results during long print runs.
